You probably want the data, the methodology, and citable provenance.

Good practice: verify source URLs before citing, report data-completeness, cross-reference with other datasets, and treat a score as a screening signal — not absolute truth, and not legal advice.

I'm an advocate

You probably want evidence for campaigns and a clear picture of gaps.

Always pair the scores with qualitative research, local civil-society perspectives, enforcement data, and community testimony. The scorecard shows where to look — not lived experience.

I'm a policymaker

You probably want benchmarking and gap analysis.

Keep in mind: the scorecard does not capture implementation quality, cultural context, or political feasibility. Use it to inform priorities, and supplement it with stakeholder consultation.

I'm a developer
